At times, laboratory testing is needed to help us determine the cause of your pet's illness or screen for potential diseases for which your pet may be at risk. During your visit, we will recommend testing to best evaluate your pet's health. Our in-house laboratory allows us to have results available during your visit to guide our recommendations and treatment plan.
In-House Laboratory
Additional testing is available through partnership with our veterinary laboratory (IDEXX) and veterinary pathologist (Keystone Veterinary Pathology). At times we will send blood, urine or tissue samples to these sources to gain more information. Your veterinarian will call you as soon as results are available, sometimes as soon as the next day.
